Chapter 852: Chapter 850-Arrival Or Running Away?
"You get to it, I will inform Clara about everything else that has to be done."
My words made Soia nod her head. My gaze then landed towards Farah, who was standing behind me with a calm gaze. A small smile was at the edge of my lips as I spoke to Farah.
"And you, stay patient for now. Some things are better taken in when you get them with time and a certain amount of affection spent."
My words made Farah's eyes tremble, which quickly settled down, Farah came to understand the depths of my words as she nodded her head, after which I focused on the issue of leaving today. The message orb in my hand trembled as I left a message for Zora to get ready to go. I need to get out tonight before the 'truth' hits the heads of my sisters from the mouth of my mother.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
"Master, when will you add Clara to the divine kingdom?"
Her words made me silent. Indeed, it would be better to take Clara into my position now itself and show her the whole truth since now I have the power to protect her and will be able to keep her safe and with me till the end of all time. But that will have to wait; I already have a deeper plan set for Clara.
Unlike the others, I can't just turn her into a blood angel. There is only a very low chance of her even surviving it. Even if I help her, their affinities don't match. Not to mention that Clara doesn't have the karma to evolve into such a high level of being. But that also doesn't mean I will leave her to be as she is now.
I already have a path set out for Clara, one that will evolve her from her current position and raise her to be someone of much higher standing and position. I will evolve her to be one of the greatest darknesses of the night, a heart of the night and darkness that gives pleasure and death. Though for now, I need to escape before my sisters come to hunt me down.
'Uff...going to be a rough day indeed.'
With that thought, the night settled down in the city after a very rough day.
....
"So, how are we getting out of here?"
Zora asked as I gathered in her office space once again this time, the two of us were dressed more relaxed, with Zora wearing a beautiful black and silver skirt with a cute shirt, her matching witch hat at the top of her head as she stood in front of me with a small smile on her face.
I went forth to detect a hint of makeup on her face while reeling in the excitement and a bit of fear from her desires. Taking it all in, I spoke.
"I have my ways."
With that, I took out the orb, the very same one shining in my hand, and it didn't take a second before Zora's eyes widened, she came to recognise the value of the item in my hand, as she, with a very open mouth of shock, spoke.
"This...th-this....is....i-is....this?"
Seeing her eyes shaking within her head made me laugh as I, with a nod, replied.
"Yes, it's what you think it is."
My words settled Zora down a bit as she took deep, deep breaths, her mind reeling from all the things as she, with a deep breath, replied.
"Just when I keep thinking you can't surprise me anymore, you go out of the way to do just that."
A small exhaustion at the end of her voice as I smiled at her words, which turned into a small, concerned look at Zora as I asked.
"Do you think it will be fine to come with me right now? Don't you have some tasks to complete?"
These words referred towards the tasks that were issued to my members in the meeting today. It wasn't a simple gathering at all, and a lot of planning and time went into it, which came with each of the members receiving some important tasks they would need to complete. Zora just shrugged her shoulders at my question as she replied.
"Nah....it's fine. I have time, plus it's fun to slack off like this."
Her words made me give her a very impassive face as I spoke.
"You do know I am your leader, right?"
Which only made Zora just shrug her shoulders again, which made me shake my head at her words. Looking into her eyes, I spoke.
"Just keep your hands in the orb. Let's get out of here."
At my words, Zora went forth to place her hands in the orb. A moment later, both our bodies flashed, travelling and rippling through space, after which we appeared in a very unassuming house located within the confines of the dwarven city.
"Bluergh!"
Zora gagged a bit as we arrived, she leaning towards the wall for some support. Unlike the rest, her body isn't very well trained for battle and using this orb to travel can be quite a nasty experience if you don't have high resistance to spatial particles. Patting Zora's back, I went through to look through the whole place around.
Just like I always do to make things unassuming, this place belongs to a very modest-looking home within the deeper perimeters of the dwarven city, the whole place being quiet but well- built like a normal home, which can be seen everywhere.
Taking away my focus soon helped to calm down Zora, who quickly returned to her well self after some rest and a quick drink of a potion, her face gaining its normal color to it as she spoke with a hint of grievance on her face.
"You know, for a moment, I was envying your ability to leave the academy without anyone's notice. Though I don't have such emotions anymore, you could have at least given me a
heads-up."
I chuckled at her words, still slowly patting Zora's back as I spoke.
"Then I wouldn't have been able to catch you so off guard."
Which only increased the look of grievance on her face as Zora muttered.
"I will have my revenge."
Thus, some moments later, she was all good as her eyes landed on the identical orb placed in the middle of the room, her gaze travelling between the two orbs as she asked.
"So these are the legendary twins.....huh? Created by the supreme Goddess of space for two
lovers....."
Her words had a certain edge to them, as if the story was affecting her, I nodded to her words
as I replied.
"It's them, all right. Quite the heartwarming tale."
My words just made Zora shake her head as she spoke.
"And quite the wanted item in the whole realm. An artefact like this will throw the whole world into chaos, one capable of breaking through all layers of protection. It will drive
everyone crazy."
I didn't reject her words as I stored up the two, keeping them safe, Zora's eyes training on them as I quickly replied, as Zora opened her mouth.
"Nope, you can't have them."
"Tsk."
This is all the response that I got back as the two of us moved through the house, its size matching to reach our level, unlike the houses that dwarves built for their own lives, which will match with their own heights and demands.
"Where are we?"
Zora finally asked, looking through the house, to which I replied.
"In one of the residential homes which can be bought by outsiders. Very expensive even for this small level of house, and it even requires a lot of power for it too."
Zora nodded at the words, she looking through the place as we walked through the place, soon
arriving at the door, the two of us nodding at each other as our figures started to change, disguise magic doing its work as the two of us soon came to look like different people.
"Let's go, shall we?"
I said with a smile as I opened the door to the outside. The moment I did, the great sounds happening all around quickly filled my ears, and I could see Zora around me hunching up at the sounds that she wasn't used to at all.
'Um....feels like I am back on Earth.'
I smiled at that thought, the sounds around me reflecting the noises you would hear all throughout the streets of my past world, the sound of moving heavy vehicles and machinery filling up the world along with moving people.
"Wow..."
Came out of the mouth of Zora as she looked around. This was the first time she had ever come
to the dwarven city, and it was blowing her mind.
"This place hasn't changed much.'
I thought, starting to look around, the whole place twisted around with several pieces of
machinery moving around.
